These are rare occasions where certain intel is locked until a period after a member first signs up. This feature will be broadly implemented in the future, but will not affect PRO and APX members.

Generally no. Once a new member signs up and logs in for the first time, that means you have access to all protected intel, so refunds are not issued after logging in. For LTD memberships that renew annually, you can request a refund within 24 hours after being charged for the renewal.
