Take opportunities to move through various crowds in different settings to become more comfortable with these techniques. Practice during less busy times to build confidence. Also train yourself to observe details quickly and accurately. Regularly challenge yourself to recall specific details about your surroundings after passing through them. This could be noting the color of shirts, types of hats worn, or identifying who around you had a backpack. The sharper your observation skills, the better you’ll navigate through crowds.
